We proudly ship all of our orders via Purolator with tracking to ensure your hot sauce arrives safely and promptly. A tracking number will be provided via email as soon as your order has been shipped.

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days. Once shipped, you can expect delivery within 3–5 business days, depending on your location.

Due to the nature of our product, we do not offer refunds. Hot sauce is a perishable, consumable item, and for health and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns.
However, if your product arrived damaged, or received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we’ll gladly arrange for an exchange or replacement.
