Founded in 2020, Ark Pepper Co. grew from a backyard hobby into a mission to create the perfect hot sauce. Based in Lindsay, Ontario, we prioritize bold, memorable flavour over mindless heat, crafting every bottle in our Kawartha Lakes facility.

We are proud to support Canadian farmers by sourcing local ingredients whenever possible. What began as a personal project has grown into a community we’re deeply grateful for—thank you for keeping us on your table.
