Ark Pepper Co. was started in 2020 out of a simple love for growing hot peppers. What started as a hobby quickly turned into something more as family and friends fell in love with the sauces we were making. That’s when the idea of creating a company came to life. Our goal was to make a hot sauce that wasn’t just different, but one we’d want to have on hand every week. For us, it’s all about bold flavours that stand out - not just heat.
We’re based in the beautiful Kawartha Lakes, where all of our sauces are crafted and shipped from our small facility in Lindsay, Ontario. We’re passionate about supporting local Canadian farmers, and we make sure every ingredient in our sauces is sourced close to home. Every batch is made with care, and we’re proud to bring that quality to you.
