I've tried other Ark hot sauces, and just like the others I've tried, this sauce does not disappoint! There's a good kick of spice without overpowering the flavour. One of the best tasting hot sauces I've ever tried. I bought 1 bottle at a farmers market and soon after ordered 6 more online. I hope they one day they come out with a hotter version, but I am hooked on this stuff regardless it's top notch. Also the hand written card I got with my order was a very sincere thing for a small business to do. Ive been spreading the word about Ark to my family and friends.

I haven't tried a hot sauce from Ark Pepper Co that I haven't liked so far but this one is definitely a favorite. It goes good on just about everything and is an excellent balance of both heat and flavor. A must have for anyone who likes their hot sauce.

I love how you can really taste the flavor of the caramelized onions rather than it just being spicy. A perfect combination.

I have had other Pineapple sweetened hotsauce before and Ark is the best by far. I can actually taste Pineapple and heat. Other hot sauces that have pineapple I only taste sweet.

You can put this sauce on anything, and it would Taste good.
