Our Chili Infused Hot Honey is made in collaboration with Thurston Honey Bee Co. using local, unpasteurized Ontario honey that's infused with real chili peppers. The result is the perfect balance of sweet heat—just enough to keep things interesting without overpowering your food.

Drizzle it on pizza, fried chicken, cheese, roasted veggies, or anything that could use a touch of sweet heat. Once you try it, you'll find yourself reaching for it again and again.

Natural Crystallization

Because our honey is unpasteurized and minimally processed, natural crystallization may occur over time. This is completely normal and does not mean the honey has spoiled.

If your honey crystallizes, gently warm the bottle by placing it in a bowl of warm (not boiling) water for several minutes. You can refresh the warm water as needed until the honey returns to a smooth, pourable consistency. Do not microwave or expose the plastic bottle to direct heat.
