Ingredients

    ◦.   2 large sweet potatoes, cut into wedges
    ◦    1 tbsp olive oil
    ◦    Salt to taste
    ◦    2 tbsp Ark Pepper Co. Brown Sugar Sriracha hot sauce
    ◦    1 tsp soy sauce
    ◦    1 tsp rice vinegar

Instructions

  1. Roast wedges at 425°F for 30–35 mins, flipping halfway.
  2. Mix hot sauce, soy, and vinegar.
  3. Toss cooked wedges in glaze and return to oven for 5 mins to caramelize.
