Ingredients
◦ 6 boneless skin-on chicken thighs
◦ Salt + pepper
◦ 1/2 cup Ark Pepper Co. BBQ Smoked Maple hot sauce
◦ 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
◦ 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
Instructions
- Season chicken and grill or roast at 400°F.
- Meanwhile, mix hot sauce, mustard, and vinegar.
- Brush on in the final 10 minutes of cooking.
- Serve with charred corn or coleslaw.
